My experience at this location was mixed. The front desk was very rude, unprofessional, and disorganized, which gave a bad first impression. However, once I was seen by the dental assistant and doctor, everything changed. Ana, the dental assistant, was amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen was also excellent, very professional and gentle. If the front desk improved their attitude and professionalism, this office would be much better. Thankfully, dental assist and Dr. Nguyen made the clinical part of my visit a positive experience.

TLDR: Told me I ate too much chicken and watermelon. They’re not only rude, but racist! Stay away! I don’t understand why I didn’t write this review before. About 2-3 years ago when i was around 16-17, Greenburg was my dentist as I had braces. I never had good experiences, other than one where someone was actually respectful. The front desk staff is always rude, almost as if they don’t wanna be there which isn’t ANYONES problem. One day when i was getting a tightening for my braces, the dentist told me “You’re eating too much chicken and watermelon and thats why your brackets keep popping.” I was in shock! Called to schedule a cleaning but Clarissa made it difficult to make appointment, how is a simple scheduling become so complicated. And she sounds annoyed too. Please review the calls since it says calls are recorded and listen to the receptionists who take calls. She's bad for business.

In regard insurance information they have to be sure what is the right information for the patients. Definitely I would change my dentist. But my hygiene Belkis she is Amaizing.

The front desk staff is Very rude especially Amy… I called to get the office manager name so I can formally file a complaint and staff refused to provide me with a name! I would NOT recommend this office at all! Corporate really needs to get a handle on this issue immediately. Get all new front desk staff!
