I've had two bridges, 4 crowns and countless fillings, with many doctors over the years, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. With an appointment, I waited 90 minutes to see the doctor, and when she finally arrived she spent 5 minutes looking at my teeth, then got up and quickly exited the door, as she was leaving she said "all finished". I had to beg to get the doctor back in the room so I could ask a couple pressing questions. Proceed at your own risk.

Update this was my review when I first came in. First off I cannot deny the great care the dental staff gave me but the office on the other hand will give you a quote with another office but will add charges and force you to pay without showing a breakdown of treatment. Good luck getting a hold of them if you work during normal business hours and can’t go in person. Be aware do not do treatment at 2 locations even though they are both Greenberg. It will be a nightmare. “I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Awad, Sharon, and the entire team at Greenberg Dental. This was by far the best Greenberg Dental location I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They saw me promptly and took the time to understand my concerns

If I could zero starts I would. They messed up my tooth , After having to go back 2 times for them to fix it. I even tried to schedule my 4 year old son an appointment , the lady asked what insurance do you have , after I told her what insurance I have she hung up in my face. Absolutely terrible experiences, and The WORST customer service. Not professional at all.

My wife was sent here with a referral specifically to get a CT scan on a tooth. After driving over an hour for her appointment she was refused service the initial visit due to not having the paper referral with her (it’s 2025, get with the times). She returned with the piece of paper for another appointment, and the dentist refused to do a CT scan, saying she’d need a follow up appointment after it began hurting more. She has had severe tooth pain for almost a year now. He was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write a review, but I was in a lot of pain and needed a root canal and they were able to take me in the next morning. The office staff was very welcoming and in my case Dr. Cherian The endodontist was truly a pro, and clearly educated me on where my pain was coming from. And his team around him was courteous and helpful as well. I decided to make an appointment with a dentist. I love the fact that they were And all in one place.
