Don't go here! This was by far the most uncomfortable I've ever felt in a dental office. I went in for a check up and a cleaning. Right before I met with the hygienist the doctor and his assistant tried to sell me on a jelly that cost $60 dollars extra. They made me sign a document but told me I was able to opt out of the jelly at the cleaning. When I entered the cleaning room I was greeted politely by the hygienist but once I opted out of the extra jelly she automatically became irritated as if they get a commission from this extra jelly. She proceeded to tell me that my teeth wouldn't be clean without it and kept pushing the jelly. I repeatedly explained that I just wanted the regular cleaning and after a few minutes she finally let it go and reclined me to start the cleaning. The entire

Took my children in for exam. Because my child was complaining of pain. Dr quesada referred me to an orthodontist for a consult on a tooth extraction. Dr Pham in eustis confirmed that the tooth needed to get extracted but refused to give the referral to the oral surgeon until I agreed to the braces .. I explained to him that we will get the braces done after the extraction as my son was experiencing discomfort from the tooth that needed to get removed. His reply. The insurance company will most likely deny the braces if the tooth is extracted as his teeth will straighten out. I explained to him I paid for a consultation I would like the referral. I had appointment for a filling the dentist said I might need a root canal. Sent me to the root canal specialist. The specialist said everything looks fine I just need to get the filling. Ok $200 down the drain. I call this eustis location for weeks finally get the front desk receptionist who was incredibly rude! She hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. She also stated she dosent handle special needs patients and to go somewhere else. Do not go to this location

The experience with the surgeon was phenomenal. His bedside manor as well as being gentle with the procedure was on par. My trouble is when asked, "how I tolerate pain" I answered well. This left me with minimal pain meds, which i was fine with. However, days later when minimal meds ran out, I was in need of more. Now, I sit in pain waiting to get back into the office. They cannot put a refill without a revisit. Dr. already left for the day. I've been calling all day to reach said office. Make darn sure you are covered for pain PRIOR to leaving their office. Especially if you handle pain well and are not prepared for what's to come. I had an extraction and rebuild of the bone. Shouldn't be but maybe another day or two of meds? Highly disappointed as their website is misleading, I made an appointment based on the information in regards to seeing a Prosthodontist as their website clearly states they have specialists . But only one dr. Was there and he was practically useless . But effortlessly charge me 400$ for some X-rays . I was then referred to their office in Altamonte springs 1 hour away.
