I wanted to like Greenberg, but the experience felt rushed almost every time. The lobby was usually packed and I was often waiting well past my appointment time. My tooth movement was also very slow, and it has been noticeably faster since I switched to a new office. Scheduling was a constant headache too. I usually had to call to book or change appointments, and often nobody would answer, then they would call back later which is hard to deal with when you have a job, so it turned into phone tag and I still couldn’t get changes made in time. I also had a dental hygienist who was unprofessional and insulted me, and several ortho assistants acted unprofessionally. One time an assistant made a mistake on a child’s teeth and came in laughing about it, and another time someone was loudly braggi

The office manager has wonderful customer service. She was very patient and helped me to get information about my children from a whole different location! Thank you again!

My daughter went here for years. I made an appt last week for tomorrow, July 15th. They verified her insurance at the time of booking the appt however they called this morning to tell me their location no longer takes my daughter's insurance so now I have to scramble around to get her an appt before July 31st. It would be nice to have SOME warning on insurance issues (NOT the day before the appt). The woman who called me to discuss the issue with the insurance WAS kind and somewhat helpful though.

This is the most unhelpful Dr's office i have ever been in. We talked insurance, they are in my network and exams and cleanings are covered but yet I have a bill for $141.00. I understand deep cleanings have out of pocket cost, but when I went to schedule that and asked the cost they could not bring up the code. Unacceptable. Literally saw Dr. Carter less than 5 min. If they are going to perform x-rays that the insurance company does not cover, that should be discussed in advance. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

The customer service at this location seems to be lacking, not necessarily in the realm of dentistry, but the Front Desk it doesn’t matter what time of day you call rather it is a.m. p.m. afternoon they do not answer the phone I got a voicemail from them at 11 AM and spent from 11 AM until five in the evening calling and still didn’t get through to no one Placing at least 15 phone calls and not one time did they answer the phone yet? The front desk is full of receptionist just sitting there. And please don’t give me the they’re busy excuse in seven hours. No one can answer a phone call for an active business. Seems a little lackluster.
