Atlantic East Animal Clinic

We’ve been going to Atlantic East Animal Clinic for a while and have always been very satisfied. Even in urgent situations, they’ve taken our dog in immediately and helped right away. Their support is excellent. A few times we needed paperwork or certificates, and they prepared them quickly. They even gave us ointment for our cat free of charge and exchanged a product we had mistakenly bought in the wrong dosage. The people here are incredibly kind and patient with animals. They offer treats, talk to the pets, calm them down, and show genuine care. They remember names and personalities, and always speak with warmth and kindness. Highly recommend this clinic — we always feel supported here, and our pets are treated with love and respect.

I took my fur baby here after recently moving to fl. she never introduced herself and was curt. I have never heard my cat scream at the vet before. I was never going to go back here but my baby of 18 years needed to be put to sleep. And again never said sorry. Zero sympathy stayed 2 minutes and left. I asked for a box so they stuffed him in a to small used fed ex box they had 😢 so expensive almost $400 for that horrible experience. I took my baby home and gave him a proper burial. I DO NOT recommend this vet.

I have thw highest level of gratitude for the entire staff! From my intial phone inquiry, scheduling (Next Day), thru my entire visit which, for me is very difficult. My worries and concerns were all addressed not only in a professional mannor, but in a very custom approach that made my visit so much easier. The Tech, and Vet were the best I could have asked for. I have visited a few different Vet clinics in Jax, and i do not plan to change again. Everything was discussed prior and the cost was not a pressure. The consideration for my finiacial sitution was not something, i left feeling comfortable that everything I needed to have do was done. The staff, did not pressure me into purchases or extras. So sad we’re leaving because their service is beyond my expectations. We got our puppy this year and chose animal east as our vet clinic. They’ve been nothing but helpful whenever I have a question (we’re first time pet owners so had a lot of questions) They’ve always been available when every I needed a same day appointment and they always call back for results. Lastly, the staff are superb, they’re super friendly and informative. Hopefully we find the same quality of service in our new home. Thank you Atlantic East Animal Clinic for taking care of Bruce.
