I paid over $4,000, including insurance, to Green Valley Dental for orthodontic treatment that ultimately caused issues with my gums and had to be discontinued. While Dr. Wong was very compassionate and genuinely tried to do the right thing (even stating that she would speak to the office manager about a partial refund) the office manager never called me as I was promised and then refused to return my calls. Due to problems with the Angel Aligner plan, I am out thousands of dollars and have to pay another Orthodontist to start over. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have been coming here for a long time and used to be a patient of Dr Franz; however, the office has significantly gone downhill over the past couple of years. My first visit with Green Valley Dental was with Dr. Wong. She was courteous, kind, very direct about what I need done. I felt safe and in good hands, I was referred to their periodntal dentist which I never got his name. The consultation agreed with Dr. Wong and scheduled me or July 17 @ 11:00am to remove several of my teeth. Upon arriving I was instructed my the office staff to take the pill triazolam one hour before arriving. At 10:55am I was taken to the back to begin my surgery, I informed the staff that the pill is having zero effect. By 11:00am I was given different pills (3) to add with my sedation (it did not work it only made me anxious). It is now 12noon and my medical transportation ride will be arriving at I’m. I have tried since August to resolve some questions about my bill and haven't received even a return call until today (11/3/25). When I got annoyed at their excuses I was told I was not worth their time to establish a resolution.

Always so friendly! They have been my family dentist for over ten years. They have always gone above and beyond for their patients. Every time we visit, it’s like seeing family. Cannot recommend enough

Dawn, the registered dental hygienist, is fantastic about keeping me informed of what’s going on during the procedure. Moreover, she educates about things I can do to improve my oral health. Additionally, Dr. Wong fixed a chip on my tooth that other dentists tried and failed at. Her fix has stayed and is flawless. The rest of the staff is friendly and professional. The office is clean and inviting. I highly recommend the GV Dental Group for all your dental care.
