This facility is a hidden gem! My dad has been living here for a year. The staff and owner are amazing with him and so knowledgeable on how to care for his dementia. He is treated with dignity, patience and kindness. Green Leaf was an answered prayer for our family!!

I looked at a lot of facilities and Green Leaf was by far the best for our needs. Erin the owner is there most of the time , she makes sure everyone is taken care of with special care. I can relax to know that my love one is well taken care of.

I cannot say enough good things about Green Leaf! The owner (who is a nurse and also works there nearly 24/7) is so knowledgeable about dementia and how to best care for people suffering from it, which has been really helpful for our family as we navigate this disease. She is also extremely compassionate and understanding, and truly a gift from God. She and her staff truly get to know all the residents and their families, which is possible in part due to the smaller size of the facility. Instead of my mom being just a patient or resident who needs help with certain tasks, at Green Leaf she is an individual person with dignity and value.
