My family loves Green Box & so does my 3 ASD kids!

I am writing to share my experience with the ABA therapy provider my daughter has been seeing. Unfortunately, my recent interactions have left me with a very negative impression. Two weeks ago, on a Thursday, I received a call from the office from Mr. Richardson. He explained that one of our therapists could no longer provide services for my daughter due to the long commute, which was causing her exhaustion. I gave him my availability and said I would call back on Monday. When I called back on Monday, Mr. Richardson was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I asked when services would stop, and he said immediately. I expressed that this was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, as there was no notice given. Highly recommend this place. They are truly making a positive impact on only in children's lives but the community.
