Doctor is great, however the office is run by incompetents. They mis-coded a procedure and even after multiple attempts including a 3 way call with the insurance claims adjuster who explained their mistake and what was needed to correct it to get me covered, all they could do was pass the blame onto their billing service. Add to that they expressed an inability to even contact anyone in their billing service that we could speak to. That went on for over a month until insurance finally said it was out of coverage date. On top of that, they had charged me without insurance coverage and I paid because I needed it done. At that point I thought I had paid it off and only had to worry about upcoming appointments and such. The procedure and billing date was 5/29/24, I received another bill

I have been a patient of Dr. Finkenstaedt for quite a few years now. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and listens to you. I have more than pleased with him. His office staff is most excellent and I can assure anyone that they will have good experience with this Doctor, even though you may be going through a bad experience. He is reassuring and most professional with an excellent 'bed side manner. He even takes Medicare & Medicaid. Can't do better here in Tulsa. Prior to finding Dr. Finkenstaedt I had gone else where; since finding this office, staff and doctor I've felt no need to look elsewhere and recommend him all my friends and acquaintances.

Dr. Finkenstaedt is the very best of the best for Podiatry in Oklahoma. Dr. Finkenstaedt is highly professional. Their office is amazing. Very clean and technologically savvy. The office staff was extremely helpful and caring. Dr. Finkenstaedt was funny and definitely made my nerves ease up due to his friendliness. This whole staff is wonderful and I'm glad I was able to work so efficiently with them for my procedure. It is just wonderful to know that he genuinely cares and goes out of his way to make his patient feel good again. What a blessing! I would highly recommend this doctor!

Wonderful experience. Kind staff, clean space, plenty of parking. Dr. Finkenstaedt answered all of my questions. His tech (sadly, I forget her name, but she was great!) was kind and calming. I couldn’t ask for more from this experience. Thank you to everyone.

Very friendly staff I have been there two times about my foot. The doctor has fixed it both times with a boot and the little foot inserts. I appreciate it. He does great work and they care about their customers.
