I had a change in insurance and when they said they do not take my insurance, I asked for a way to refer my records to another doctor and they hung up on me. Not kind or helpful after waiting 6 weeks for the appointment. They have set back my recovery.

I really hope she no longer works for this office as I will no longer be coming back but Danielle is completely unprofessional! I will recommend anyone to stay clear of this place as long as she works there!

Dr Sandrock and his team do an incredible job. From the time you check in until you check out. Everything is perfect.

Called to make an appointment for a second opinion since workmans comp dumped me. I told them I would pay out of pocket but they refused to make an appointment because. They need proof that I was dropped. They where Not worried that I need figure out what is wrong with me. And instead insist that I need proof, I guess they want to milk as much money from comp as possible (not that I care about that) but I just want to know what is wrong with me, and little nitpicking bullshit like this crazy. I'm already 6 months out from the accident. And have had to jump through hoops to make appointment at all sorts of places. It is just maddening that they obviously only care about profits.

Very friendly staff. No wait time. Very professional.
