This center is not for me I was refer from American family care in Danbury on March 28, 2023 due to a Anxiety Phobia attach I call the center and left message with my name and number and after waiting for 48 hours to heard from them I I decided to call and ask to speak to the Director and she told me that I have to fill out an application that she are going to mail me. I refused to do that due to the fact that my case is URGENT and I have good Medical Insurance. on the morning of March 27, driving my grandson to school I am originally from Virginia and relocate to Danbury CT to help my daughter with my 3 grandchildren. And not used to the curbs and hills of Danbury, just needed some type of medication to help me. but I call my insurance company United Health Care and they advised me to
