Every visit puts a smile on my face. The staff is very kind and considerate of my needs, practices excellent customer service, and responds in a timely manner! Not to mention the ease of scheduling appointments. I would highly recommend this practice to any individual or family in need of care for all ages. I literally feel like family!

I had all my family under Dr Dorothy White Williams care in the past four years I can say she’s an amazing person. A great MD. But I had a really bad experience with the office manager. She is rude disrespectful and she is not allowing you to speak over the phone . I was trying to make an appointment for my wife. I was trying to explain to her her situation. She always interrupt me when I was talking on the phone with her ….. I had a really really bad experience with this office manager. I was trying to call her several time to get to connect me with her supervisor her responses was go and try to find no one is my supervisor…. Very rude, funny It seems she is the boss and no one is above her and she can easily kick out the patience from this clinic, other than that all other stuff Includin

Dr. Dorothy White-Williams is the best! She has been my primary care doctor for 20 years now and I wouldn’t change a thing. Her staff if always professional and polite. If you want a doctor that is helpful and concerned about you then you will definitely have that in her. Outstanding customer care and service!!!

Dr. White Williams is the BEST Doctor. She's attentive, listens & makes critical detailed notes about her patients care. A listening Dr. is worth more. I moved from the area, but still going there. I love her the whole stuff is very nice and caring and the building is clean. Susan you are very good. Oh I forgot about their blood work lady I forgot her name she is one of the best in the world, she never miss the blood vein and catches on first shot and you never feel pain or see bruises afterwards.
