I love Dr. Winn, and there team, they are so gentle, patient to my phobia of dentist, needles the whole thing, but they understood my story and they walked me through every step, I love them, and they are amazing with my kids as well, my mom referred me to them years ago and I am grateful. I had a very disappointing experience at Best Care Dental Inc. They charged me $152 for essentially doing nothing, and then quoted me over $1,000 for a basic dental cleaning. As someone who is new to the country, I felt taken advantage of and misled. This felt more like a money grab than genuine patient care. I do not recommend this place, especially for foreigners who may not be familiar with local dental pricing. Stay away from this place. Scamers Scamers Scamers

Had an appointment today I was very nervous, the team is filled with caring and professional individuals. I didn’t remember everyone’s names but I do know that Marla ( I hope that’s how you spell her name) did my cleaning and she did such a great job. The young gentleman that did my X-ray was crazy patient, empathetic and awesome. And the doctor was and always is amazing. People at the front desk are amazing. If I can rate higher than 5 it will be a 10 in my opinion. It don’t feel like work to them I can tell everyone in that building is doing what they love. Great job guys!!!

Wish I could just give NO STARS. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They don’t seem to know their responsibilities for this job and how to treat customers. The receptionist was very rude even cursed at me while the manager was standing right there. He didn’t say anything to them either. I do not recommend for no one to go here.
