I hate to give him a bad review because he is a really good dentist. However, the office staff is rude and incompetent and if you don't pay attention, you will be overcharged due to their errors. My son needed a crown on his front tooth. I paid the deductible on his first visit for the exam. An estimate was sent to the insurance company and a few weeks later I was given my portion. When I went to pay, I was quoted a price that included the deductible that was already paid. I let them know, they looked it up and agreed that it was paid. I then made the full payment minus deductible. Soon after my son's crown was started. I then get a phone call, requesting payment, to which I replied I am paid in full.
