Great Expressions Dental Centers - Snellville

My husband and I are very pleased that we have changed our dental provider to Great Expressions. From the moment you walk into their facility you feel at home. Everyone pleasantly greets you with a smile and immediately start calling you by name and remember you on your return visits. We like the way they give you clear and concise billing information concerning what is covered by insurance and what your copay will be. I especially like Dr. Givan and his team (he is so gentle) and Diana is the best hygienist ever! .

My experience was great! My treatment coordinator Jaz was fantastic! She went over treatment with me & got me on the schedule the next day! When I came in for treatment, the assistant ms.grace was so wonderful & very sweet! She talked me through the whole process, & the Doctor Dr.Givan was marvelous! He was very nice & gentle, & I got done in no time! He’s a great Dentist! I highly recommend this location to anyone.

I did not have a pleasant experience overall. The receptionist and the dental assistant were both very kind and welcoming. However, I did not get that same feeling from the dentist or the coordinator. They were not rude, but they did not make me feel comfortable or welcomed. Additionally, there was an issue with billing. I was told my insurance did not cover the amount I was being charged. After contacting my insurance company, they confirmed the service was covered, which led me to decline treatment at this office. I then went to another dentist, and my insurance covered the treatment without any issue. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

My insurance company recommended me to great expressions in Snellville Georgia dental clinic when I called you make an appointment I spoke with Jaz at the front office to Make a appt. It was like I always knew her she was amazing and I had a appt the next day to see Dr Kristin Givan his beautiful assistant was amazing since she already knew I had the jitters in a DDS chair well that all changed after a broken tooth was fixed to perfection so I could smile again! As gentle as a Angels Hands I would say with no Novacaine! All I felt was the spray of water in my mouth! I love my new place to be gently worked on Thank you all for such a beautiful staff! The experience felt rather hurried and lacked a personal connection. There was a noticeable absence of patient education regarding the necessary steps. Furthermore, the services offered seemed to extend beyond what was actually required. This approach left me feeling somewhat uninformed and questioning the necessity of certain procedures. A more patient and informative approach would have been greatly appreciated. It is important for providers to offer clear explanations and support. Focusing on essential services would also improve the overall patient experience. This would ensure clients feel well-cared for and understood. Just feels like McDonald's of Dentistry.
