Great Expressions Dental Centers

After a few months into a contract, I paid them off in full. 3.5 weeks later they continued to take money out of my account. Even thou the contract states auto withdrawal will stop upon payment in full. I have had no satisfaction in attempting to retrieve my money. Corporate offices do not answer their phone or the voice mails are returned. Emails direct me back to original office who keeps telling me it has to come from corporate. So watch your account, they like to take money that doesn't belong to them and they don't care if it is returned. Seems like you could classify that as fraud or theft but no one seems to care!

TL;DR: Avoid any and all Great Expressions locations at all costs. After having multiple harmful negative experiences at the Briarcliff location, I contacted corporate to complain. No one answered the phone after multiple calls on different days at different times. Someone named Rhonda Cox, Area Manager, Dental Office Operations, Great Expressions Dental Centers, sent me an email about a month later saying she wanted to talk to me about my complaint, but after a few unanswered emails and calls, she never spoke with me or called/emailed me back either. Not only do the quality of specific Great Expressions sites seem to vary considerably (Briarcliff for example has consistently been 1/5 stars for me), apparently there is no functioning corporate customer service system either. Gainesville office could not complete my dentures so I asked them to stop and give me a refund. They not only said they would but they had tried several times to deposit my refund in my account. This turned out to be a lie! Do not prepay anything with the Gainesville office until they complete what you asked

They don’t answer the phone nor do they call you back. And they do not reach out after you fill out the online form.

I’m not even sure if they have actual people working for their customer service because no one ever reaches out or answers the phone
