Services by hygienist was great. The continued issues with their billing department have worsened over the years. I now have the burden to self-advocate every time I use their services. They try to charge me double for cleaning services, they double billed my insurance, they use billing codes that my insurance does not cover, etc.i don’t know if it is incompetence due to poor training as turnover is a constant or lack of interest to do the right thing, but clearly the benefits of getting cleaning services is overshadowed by their billing department. My family have used this agency for 14 years and still receive wonderful services from our hygienist and dentist, but we are currently looking for a replacement.

The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease from start to finish. Everything was well-organized, and the office itself was spotless. I really appreciate how smooth the process was, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future appointments. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. I called about 7 times the first 2 times on hold for over 10 mins then they stop answering my calls. Then once I finally spoke to someone they kept transferring my call to different departments. DO BETTER !

We came for my son’s first dentist appointment and everyone was very friendly and patient with him. The pediatric dentist was amazing! She explained what was going to happen before it did and it went great! I will be coming back with him and maybe even for myself!
