Great Expressions Dental Centers - Fayetteville-Jeff Davis

I love the Great Expressions location in Fayetteville. Staff are friendly and professional and wait time was minimal. I was provided an estimate of charges for procedures before I was serviced. The dental assistant was patient, courteous, and proficient throughout my cleaning. Dr. Brown was very nice and thoroughly explained and answered all my questions and concerns. The office was very clean and welcoming. They even decorated the waiting area with Halloween decorations for the youth.

I had a wonderful experience today at Great Expressions with Sheila and Ellie. I brought my son in for his general cleaning visit, and from start to finish, their service was exceptional. They were courteous, professional, and incredibly organized. I was able to schedule appointments for myself and my husband, secure my son’s follow-up visit, and receive his ortho referral all in one visit, which made everything so convenient. I especially appreciated how attentive they were to cleanliness during a time when so many colds and illnesses are going around. I noticed them consistently sanitizing counters and pens, which showed how much they care about their patients’ health and safety. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness truly stood out.

I will absolutely NEVER EVER IN LIFE go back to great expressions!!! I had yet another HORRIBLE experience!!! Dr. Hoodrat Bryant and the office manager Ellie!!! Rude. This wasn't my first time with Dr. Hoodrat Bryant, she worked out of the dreadful Jonesboro office. I went in for a cleaning and couldn't get one bc there was no hygienist they didn't explain that before the appointment. Then I made an appointment to come back still not dental hygienist. Today debacle I told the hygienist about that experience and she said it was the same doctor and she started telling me about the plan she had before and I was like please can we clstart over bc I didn't trust that before. Then doc comes in and I said I thought we already had a plan and she said the last time I saw you in 2024 and I said ok a

Took my husband to his appointment. It seemed crowded when we first arrived, but things moved smoothly and it didn't take too long for them to call him back. The waiting room was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays, and the staff were friendly and polite. I didn't see the doctor, but my husband said she was "alright" (you know how men are 😏). But he seemed satisfied so....I would recommend this location.

Going to Great Expressions in Fayetteville GA started out as being okay, but has turn out to be my worst (ever) dental service experience(s). Altogether I had to return to GE on three different occasions over a two month period to get my mouth rescan. Each scan was performed by three different dental technicians. I was told that doing previous scans that they missed taking pictures of some areas in my mouth and that they no longer are using the previous company to make my replacement teeth. Prior to my fourth visit on December 18, 2025 at 4 PM Mrs Shiela contacted me to let me know that my denture plates had finally arrived to GE.
