Great Expressions Dental Centers - Fayetteville

I was treated with a great deal of respect by the entire staff. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, Doctor Woodruff was easygoing and concise. Tanya, the dental assistant (i think) who helped me was very kind and answered all of my questions easily. After my first visit, I feel very happy to give them more business and get the help I need with my teeth.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Great Expressions. I arrived at my original scheduled location, only to be told I needed to go to a different branch for my cleaning. This caused me to arrive about 15 minutes late to the second location — something completely out of my control and the result of their own internal miscommunication. Despite this, I ended up waiting over three hours due to a clear breakdown in communication between their offices. After all that time, the office manager (Black woman, short cut, gray hair, glasses) chose to cancel my appointment rather than take accountability or offer a solution, even though I followed the directions given to me. I’ve been experiencing the worst dental experience possible with Great Expressions since February 2025. I’ve been a long time patient but I will say, if you are considering getting Invisalign, please get your Invisalign work completed with a dental office that actually cares about your teeth and your treatment. I started my Invisalign treatment with the Jeff Davis location in February. After expressing concerns for months with pain in my teeth and my front tooth being crooked, the dental assistant finally realized after 10 trays, I needed to be rescanned and my teeth were not tracking properly after I had already been expressing this for months but no one would listen. Literally left today in tears after my time was wasted and I was disrespected by the dentist. When I went initially Dr. Reynolds informed me that I had a cracked tooth and suggested a crown. I agreed and at my next appt I received a temporary crown and I explicitly asked what were next steps if I could not get the permanent crown due remaining tooth pain and Dr. Reynolds said an extraction. She said they couldn’t do a root canal because the tooth was cracked. I said okay so at today’s appointment they were supposed to do a scan. I first went to this office for a full set of dentures on November 6th with my next appointment which I thought the final product on December 30th, they called and said the lab didn’t have my teeth completed so they made me an appointment for January 7th. Got to the office at 8:00am only to find out that since my old insurance had expired they needed my new insurance. I thought since they made my teeth with my old insurance they should have billed them which covered my teeth 100%. My new insurance had a reimbursement plan which I have to pay up front. THEN they weren’t sure whether I was gonna have to pay the original price or the cash price which would have been from $1162 to $2600.
