My new patient first visit should have taken 60 minutes max to meet the dentist, take x rays, and complete a 30 second periodontal exam. It ended up being 2 hours start to finish. After waiting for the hygienist to see me for an hour, I got up out of my seat to leave. This wasn't even waiting for her to clean my teeth - just to schedule the next appointment to clean my teeth. My cleaning was much better than my first experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Norah my hygienist was very friendly and efficient.

I do not recommend this location. My appointment time was at 11:00 am, I arrived at 10:45 am. I waited in the lobby for 1 whole hour, until 11:45 am, when I ultimately decided to leave because I had other things to attend to. People were getting called back who arrived 30 minutes after me… They do not validate parking. Since I was in the building for more than 60 minutes, I had to pay $12 for parking. $12 to park and not even be seen? Don’t go here!

Ms. Whitney provides excellent customer service. She is very friendly and genuinely tries to help us. I asked her many questions, and we spent almost an hour together. She did her best to assist us, especially with securing financing. Her help was very much appreciated. We had a great experience with her customer service.

Dr. Woods and the entire team were excellent. I had to have a root canal done and I was extremely nervous on arrival. Dr. Woods was very understanding and reassured me that it would all go well. Excellent bedside manner and procedure went very smooth with no events. Thank you all

Listen, listen.........now if you want your teeth done right. If you want to be treated like you are spending your hard earned money. If you want to deal with beautiful people, inside and out. If you want to experience customer service at its best. Ms. Nora and all those beautiful ladies and Dr. Quan!! My guy!!! Listen, until they viewing me or trying to identify me by my dental records, these are the people that will handle my mouf. Not sure what more I can say!!!! From the front desk to the back. I mean even when the bookkeeper pulls you in there and says, "Well it's gone cost you 1 billion dollars"... she does it in a way that makes you feel like, "Okay. It's okay. Here you go." VIVA Great EXPRESSIONS!!!!!! Wish they could my primary care physician 🤣🤣🤣😐😐frfr. Hey do y'all do
