Great Expressions Dental Centers - Dadeland

Great facilities but even more important is the fantastic staff at Dadeland office. Dr Goncalves, her dental assistants and Rosie (office manager) were extremely kind and understanding. Dr Goncalves is very knowledgeable and patient. She and her staff took really good care of me.

They’re always so friendly, quick to get me in and out, honest about their treatment options, prices and timing of procedures. The front staff is (generally) in a good mood and willing to help and answer questions. Been going here for years and def recommend

Excellent! Dentist and staff at Great Expressions Dadeland Dental Center really care about my dental health. They will take the time to answer my questions and explain what procedures are necessary. They’re the one only ones I’ll let touch my teeth! Smile!!! 😁🦷👍

I would like to give them no stars because the lack of compassion and empathy the people at the front desk showed me is inhumane. I wish I had never ended up there because, unlike the offices in Kendall and Old Cutler Bay, this Dadeland office does not deserve a good review. I would also like to think that the lack of empathy they had with me was an isolated case because I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through. The objective of my review is not to harm anyone. I just want their manager and the doctor himself to know that no patient who has to wait to be seen has to cry in pain and suffer waiting in a chair. Unlike the Kendall office and the compassion of Francis and Dr. Garcia, a simple pill made the difference. I hope my comment is taken seriously, that someone cares, and

All of the staff that has taken care of our dental needs has been wonderful. It’s always a pleasure to go and know that we will be cared for with a smile, courteous, respectful, and professional way !
