Absolutely the worst experience. Dr. Anita Gray needs to listen more to the patients. I received a crown that was to big and to dense. Went back 3 times telling her it was to big and causing pain and she ruined the bottom tooth in the process. Now I am out $1000 and can’t do anything but have another dentist replace the tooth and pay for it again. Not to mention now I have to have the bottom tooth repaired. Select another dentist if you want good dental care.

I have never written a review before. This is the worst dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Bates has the worst bedside manner. The dental hygienist were great, as soon as Dr. Bates came she didn't even acknowledge me, just started drilling on my teeth! She was in such a hurry and made me feel extremely uncomfortable! When I was finished with my appointment there was absolutely no one left in the office, no one at front desk to check out or make next appointment.

Been going to Dr Gray for over 20 years, she has the best bedside manner. I miss seeing her. Ever since the change to Dr Bates; it’s been very disappointing. She doesn’t acknowledge her patients, she jerks your face as if your pain doesn’t matter. No bedside manner at all! I will miss my dental hygienist Jessie, she’s the best and the only reason why I kept coming back. The waiting area is in need of some TLC and renovated, it smells so bad in there.

Dr. Bates is a wonderful dentist. She and her staff are friendly, professional, dedicated, considerate, concerned about my welfare, and very passionate about their work! Dr. Bates has high standards for her dental work. Dr. Bates spent over an hour working with me to get the right fit for my crown and partial. She made me feel like I was her only patient. She is also gentle with her shots to numb you and will gladly numb you more if needed lol. Thank you Dr. Bates and staff! God bless!

The staff and dentists were so friendly, quick, and focused. I was able to get an appointment that I was denied for at other locations within 2 months and got almost everything fixed within 2 hours here. Great experience!!
