Pediatric Dentistry of Winchester

Took my 2 year old here first time. And now we are 3 visits in and they are so sweet and so patient that my 3 year old let them take x rays and make them feel so comfortable. Highly recommend dental hygienist Andrea. The sweetest ever. I never seen rose be so independent in my life in a setting that can be kind of scary. I’ve never had to wait here. The front desk area are very good at their jobs. The atmosphere is very kind friendly and colorful. My daughter loves going to the dentist and encouraged my one year old for an appointment!

Very kid friendly! When we walked into the lobby they had Moana playing which I appreciate! The staff was incredibly nice and the whole experience was pretty quick! My daughter left happy with teeth shining!

Will NOT be back! My daughter is only 3 years old and is scared of going to the dentist. She was told that she would get stickers after her appointment. She got scared when it was time to brush her teeth but instead of being patient and understanding of her fear they aggressively held her down. She was screaming and crying and saying that they were hurting her and would not stop. Then after doing all that my daughter asked about the stickers (which is a big deal for little kids) and they told her she couldn’t have any because she didn’t take x-rays…. I made sure they gave her a sticker… they absolutely traumatized her! The least you can do is give her the sticker that you said you would… we will never come back! And thank you for making my daughter even more terrified of the dentist.

Dr. Donna and staff are wonderful! Everyone is compassionate, understanding, gentle, has patience, and overall goes above and beyond to ensure our daughter’s dental health is maintained. We know our daughter receives the best dental care possible each visit. We highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Winchester!

I was really proud of how the nurse isn’t even the doctor has had my son. He’s a spectrum kid as a severe sensory disorder and they worked with him amazingly. He is non verbal and was so comfortable that he did in fact speak to the nurse and staff!!! Hope they keep being amazing.
