Happy Hearing Clinic

I had my appointment at Happy Hearing Clinic on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, and I wanted to share what a genuinely wonderful experience it was. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The clinic is not only a professional medical office but also feels like a small museum filled with vintage hearing-aid equipment, historical pieces, and unique décor. The CD jukebox that is being restored and NASA related items were especially memorable—such great character! It is truly the most unique and enjoyable doctor’s office I’ve ever visited. Meg (a Hearing Instrument Specialist -Apprentice) was fantastic to meet in person after speaking on the phone a few times, and Dr. Batta was exceptional. What an incredible experience!! Lucinda & Meghan are so welcoming and made me feel right at home <3 Considering my profession is in the music industry and I'm playing Fests/shows throughout each year, I'm VERY excited to invest in the protection of my hearing ability. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Lucinda Batta is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your hearing health. I never feel like she is rushing through the appointment and she thoroughly listens to my concerns. This was not an easy transition for me but Dr. Batta was so supportive through the entire process. Her positivity is absolutely contagious!

Not only are the front desk women absolutely kind and informative (I remember one was Megan) but the owner was also so sweet and kind as well. Obviously knew what she was doing and explained it so well. I couldn't recommend this place more I feel safe and happy here:) All ages clearly welcomed.
