The nurse in desk is mean, shameless and rude. I was need new patient to my son for emergency appointment. She shut the call on my face. Rude and don’t have any responsibility for the sick child. Not recommended to anyone who wondering for them baby and children. Poor lady you don’t have any humidity shame on you.

My daughters are patients of Dr. Chris, but have seen Dr. Bitterling a few times on Dr. Chris’ off days. We never struggle to get in to be seen and have always had a great experience in the 4 years we’ve been patients!

You are open until 5. Shut off the phones more than 1/2 hour before you close. This sends you back to the main GGC switch board. Which are no help. all they can do is transfer you to the main pediatric associate number which does not answer only sends you back to main switchboard. All I needed to do was leave a voicemail for a nurse. Switchboard cannot send you to anywhere to leave a voicemail. I really don’t see how in this day and age, you cannot leave a message during office hours. And why can the switchboard connect you to a voicemail box. Especially when the voicemail says it it can take them a day or two to respond. It’s not like I’m expecting an immediate answer

Dr Treece and all staff are absolutely incredible! Everyone is so kind and Dr Treece explains anything and everything to you in a way that makes you feel informed but not overwhelmed. I’m very thankful that we were able to get Dr Treece as our daughter’s pediatrician!
