My experience today was awful the help at the front desk was the rudest I have ever encountered so unprofessional nothing that they said to me was courteous. If you choose to be in the healthcare field you need to be courteous to the patients. They both made me feel like I was bothering them because I came there and the waiting room was empty and I was told that they were booked no appointments till 4:00 I will report this to higher up management. When I call to ask for the office manager that phone call was worse than the in person encounter I was hung up on because I told her how rude she was.

I went there because I had a bad swollen leg and the service was great. The staff were very friendly. I normally use the VA but I couldn’t get an appointment and needed someone to check out my leg. It takes too long and waiting all day at their emergency room. I came to Urgent Care and got right in and out! That was great because I thought I’d be waiting for a long time. Got there early which is best. Was very satisfied with my visit!

I needed a pre-employment health screen. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. The technician completing the tests was kind and made it easy to follow along. The PA was unassuming and very nice. This team would be a great training team for others entering this field.
