The staff were super polite and very pleasant to deal with. Alex my doctor was very knowledgeable and down to earth. Made an appointment, pre registered online and was taken in immediately. The whole process of being seen and diagnosed was fast and efficient as can be. Highly recommend this place and the staff. Great job and glad to have a new urgent care with such caring staff in the community.

Very nice facility, friendly front desk staff and great medical team. I love how close to home it is. Would definitely visit this location again. I’m only rating it 4 stars because of how long the visit took from start to finish but I will say the provider did apologize her previous patient was a little more complex case. Overall, a positive experience.

My son and I visited this urgent care and had a truly great experience. The staff took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for the care and kindness we received and would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

Called before driving over from the next town and the AI operator said that they were able to diagnose pnuemonia. Set appointment for 1:40 yesterday. Before being seen I was told I had to pay $155 doctor visit fee. I said, I want to make sure that you are able to diagnose if I have pnuemonia before I pay and the receptionist said, yes we can do that. (Not true) when I got back to the doctor, she said they didn't have an xray technician and all she could do is check my breathing with her stethoscope. Which she did and says I was fine, so why do I still have gunk coming up when I cough and chest is very uncomfortable. The doctor was very nice and kind hearted, but I strictly came here to get my lungs looked at to find out what's going on to make them feel so congested and why I'm having issu
