I struggled with the after procedural part. Billing was a nightmare. After much back and forth with my insurance, I was not informed of my remaining balance. I have called multiple times for help in their billing agency, which no contact was made. My bill has sky rocketed with late fees and collection debt that I tried so hard to avoid. I’m very upset with how my case and care after the procedure was handled. Their billing agency had very poor communication and I’m paying for extra fees and other bills I still don’t have answers to or understand. No one helped. They didn’t even have my paperwork on file. They switched billing agencies and my paperwork got lost. Be careful if you go here and please pay attention to the full bill and call frequently after your service. Even if you think y

I had a wonderful experience with Granite Peaks GI and Dr. Jensen. I received excellent medical care, all the staff is great, scheduling was easy, and there was good communication and follow up. I highly recommend this practice.

RUN DON’T WALK. Billing is an absolute nightmare. They really just want to collect money and put you on risky prescription (for life) to churn through patients carelessly. I’ve lost count of the bills I received from a simple procedure. 3 different entities with various names from out of state. Even with insurance to see the doctor for 5 min? $200. No problem if it solves for the issues, but huge problem if it creates a bigger one. NEVER AGAIN - there has to be better options in Utah.

Ann Webb was a great provider! She was very informative and helped make the process easy and smooth. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My wife has a colonoscopy performed by Dr Mark Jensen. We are very happy with this provider withe the exception of using an out of network anesthesia provider.
