Today was my first time going to a dentist in close to 10 years as I grew up without regular access to dental insurance. Not seeing a dentist in that long was truly embarrassing to myself, and I was extremely nervous coming in for my appointment. The dental hygienist, Tiffany, made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire cleaning and appointment overall. She did not make me feel ashamed for having been neglectful of my oral health, but rather embraced the fact I was there now. Nothing short of spectacular care and compassion. Dr. Gallaher was prompt, informative, and likewise had an amazing personality that made me feel so comfortable and welcome. There is absolutely no better Dentist in town. I had a very complicated case, and Dr. Tom went above and beyond. He coordinated with my orthodontist and me to make sure my crowns were replaced timely, and I can honestly say I have never gotten more compliments on my smile. He consulted with me before replacing my crowns to make sure I was happy with the veneers, and has followed up multiple times to make sure I’m still happy with them. The staff is amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

They will block you for any review you leave regarding them. Man do we miss Dr. Ross. This new dentist and his staff are terribly rude and unprofessional. Myself, husband, kids and extended family have ALL stopped going here for one reason or another, but all have come to the same conclusion. Dr. Tom is arrogant, and cuts corners. His goal isn’t to help you fix your issues; it’s to keep you coming back to get a paycheck. My daughter had issues with her filling coming off, and they refused to fix it, or even look at it because “they didn’t do it” when they did. She’s only seen two dentists her entire life; Dr. ross, and Dr. tom. I had statements from my insurance to prove it. Grandin family dentistry is the best/ cleanest practice in Roanoke. Dr. Tom and his team make getting dental work done enjoyable/ painless! They are always so friendly and make sure you are taken care of from the second you walk in the door to the second you leave. Dr. Tom has taken care of all my dental issues and they are always able to see me in a timely manner. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
