I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST medical office I have ever been to. I have been going to him for all my life because there are literally no other child neurologists in town. Firstly, the staff are very rude and love to make jokes at your expense. Second, it is practically impossible to get ahold of the office. Pretty much every single time I need to get an appointment I have to physically walk in the office to get one. We call over 15 times and never get an answer or a call back. They say that they are a very busy office but there are literally NEVER any other patients there. But despite this you will still be kept waiting for over an hour before you see the Doc. We have been seeing Dr. Castellanos ever since my daughter first started showing signs that something wasn't right, at 3 months old. He has been a great help throughout her diagnosis process and still through her continued treatments. We don't know where we'd be without him. He has listened to our concerns and our needs for our daughter and has work with us rather than treating us like a number, as we've had with many other doctors. He truly cares for our little girl and her well-being. Thank you Dr. C for being such an amazing support to our little girl and helping her through the journey she is on.

Our family has been working with Grand Teton Child Neurology for the past 6 months, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The front office is extremely unresponsive — i can honestly say they have never answered the phone when I call—and messages go unanswered. On multiple occasions, I’ve gone in person during posted business hours only to find the doors locked. Their voicemail states “we are very busy”, yet when I had my ONE appointment with them (which took about five months to get in) I watched as they ignored answering the phone and my son and I were the only patient in office—no one was in the waiting room. Dr. Castellanos is the only neurologist I will go to after having a horrible experience with Dr. Carol Vance (she is now retired). I was misdiagnosed with epilepsy/seizures for a good chunk of my life which caused a lot of set backs and other issues for many years. I had issues for being on multiple medications long term for a condition I never had. I almost failed school, I wasn't allowed to drive, I was a zombie for a good part of my childhood, and I wasnt allowed to do a lot of things as a kid because of the risk of "possibly having a seizure". I have been seeing Dr. Castellanos for about 4 years now. I was 16 when diagnosed and he and his staff are kind enough to still see me now that I am 20. He is extremely accommodating, patient, kind, and determined to solve problems. I honestly do not know what I would have done without both him and his team. They have given me my prescriptions and needed paperwork quickly and have provided a very calm and fun environment when I have my appointments. I am able to keep in contact with him outside of my appointments and he is able to talk with me about my problems very patiently. His staff is extremely kind.
