Dr. Franks is patience, knowledgeable, and clearly beyond skilled. She takes the time to answer each of my questions in detail. I've been happy with every visit with her and her team over the years and always look forward to returning when I am back in NYC. Thank you!!

Dr. Linda K. Franks is one of the best physician I have ever went so far. She is not only a nice human being but one of the excellent physician I have seen of my lifetime. I would have given her 100 stars on rating if I had that option.

I am updating my initial (accidental) rating of this office from a 4 to a 5!!!!I do not ever remember posting a rating and was mortified to receive a 'thank you' email from google just now. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? I've been going here for approximately 3 years now. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE DOCTORS AND STAFF. So pleasant/friendly, always greet you with a smile and actually listen to your concerns without making you feel rushed. These doctors truly care! Dr. Schaefer is wonderful and has the patience of a saint (especially w/ me and all my questions) LOL. I actually look forward to my next visit just so I can see everyone again. I don't know why I never thought to post a review before ... but I highly recommend them.

As always a very wonderful experience!!! I LOVE Dr. Franks and her efficient staff. They are kind, friendly and very professional. She always explains her procedures before acting. Highly recommended!
