Grace Pharmacy

The staff are absolutely horrible. My mom ran out of medicine, and they repeatedly lied about calling and delivering it. It wasn't until two days later that they claimed they would deliver it to the doctor's office, then hung up on me. Don't ever go to that pharmacy. Everyone is ridiculously rude and too lazy to even check the status. It seems like they don't even know English. This was the worst experience I've ever had. After just two months, my mom has to change pharmacies. If I could, I wouldn't give them a single star!

This used to be a great place but the new staff are terrible. I am not asking to be polite, just don’t be rude. What kind of people would argue and initiate quarrelsome behavior such as getting hip hop attitude towards a client’s face? Unnecessary assertiveness. And also these girls are Spanish and they treat other Spanish in condescending manner also. Including older people who’s been living here in this neighborhood for decades even before they were even born. They are probably not even from this part of town, only works there.

Horrible experience, today. I was picking up the medicine and asked her for medicine that was prescribed by a doctor. I asked them to make sure what medicine they prescribed but they seem as if they did not want to tell me in the detail. I did not want to put my daughter in danger of getting worse. Also told them I want to buy medicine. They were not willing to help me at all. The employees and owner who worked there were too rude and did not know how to speak with the customers. They are extremely unhelpful. I will never go there and I encourage everyone to not go to this pharmacy.

Used to love this pharmacy, but for the past year it hasn’t been the same. Rude cashiers, they never greet you. You never feel welcomed there. Don’t know how they got hired since that’s one of the requirements as a cashier. I will find another pharmacy around the area.

I would recommend to choose Walgreens or Rite Aid pharmacy for any type of prescription drug that need vital attention because God forbid you do not speak English the pharmaceutical technician will not run your script if you do not speak English even though their staff speak Spanish they refused to accommodate me access to my medical issues which could of lead to death as I had a infection and needed prescription to prevent infection spreading I would of given 0 stars ⭐ so if you have a terminal illness go to a more polite not rude pharmacy CVS , Walgreens, or anywhere convenient.
