Got Smile Dentistry

If I could give 0 stars I would. Office is old, outdated and has a funeral home smell. Took forever for the dentist to actually come in and once she did was not friendly. I was told my teeth needed a deep cleaning and that she verified with my insurance that it was covered...come to find out the insurance does not cover it and how I’m expected to pay out of pocket for a standard visit. The receptionist also told me my son’s cavities would cost $2700-4000, and that would need to be collected up front because we have a deductible on our insurance. It didn’t sound right so we got a second opinion at a much more qualified dentist- and what do you know, we don’t have a insurance deductible and had a minimal out of pocket expense for the use of an out patient surgery facility. OMG!! Where do I start. I had been shopping around for a dentist for a long time . I had had a bad experience at a dentist office once before and I was scared, for 18 years I was scared. When I first spoke with the staff something felt different, right of the bat compared to anyone else I had spoken to. there was a confident's I had not heard in the other dental office people I spoke with before. I found out later on it was the confident's that the staff has in the Dr. (the staff has the most amzing confident's in the Dr, and rightfully so) . Dr's name is Grace and I only know her as Grace. She and her staff are very personable and AMAZING!!!. Not only did nothing hurt but its like a little family in there . You can feel the love as they truly care about the customer. Absolutely TERRIBLE 😱.☠️👹 I just went for my wisdom tooth growing and I had NO PAIN and I left iEXTREMELY IN PAIN till today since May 2020 because the Dr drilled so deep hitting my nerve in another tooth. 😑😫😱😡 The staff and the front desk are extremely rude and absolutely disrespectful.

ZERO STARS...THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE....THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH.... IF I WANTED TO HEAR CHING CHANG ALL DAY ID DROP SOME COINS IN A SLOT MACHINE.........WORST EXPERIENCE JUST TRYING TO MAKE AN APPT. WITH THESE PEOPLE SO IM SURE THE SERVICE ALSO IS BEYOND TOLERABLE......F FOR EFFORT...
