Got Pain Massage Therapy

Roxanna is amazing!! I am a student, mother, and business owner who spends my life on the computer and she was so understanding and knowledgeable about my pain. She is my new go-to massage therapist from here on out. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and her float tub is so relaxing! 100/10 would recommend her to everyone I know!

I love Roxanna. She takes a holistic approach to pain management. I'd strongly recommend her if you are looking for someone to help with daily pain and stiffness or are looking to better your health.

She cares a lot about what she does. But it felt like a sale pitch for her personal philosophy with everything she was talking about. The massage was good. But Im a biochemist and she was saying a lot of things about the body, metals, and ions as if they were facts, but they were more like opinions. Felt like misinformation spreading. Id reccomend Michelle at Beso Spa for a more relaxing experience.

I called and set up an appointment for my husband since he has never had a "professional " massage. I wanted him to relax and enjoy his time. When he came back he told me it was weird because she talked the whole time which I was not happy about because that's super unprofessional to talk about all your personal life with someone you are providing a service to. As the day went on he was telling all the random things this lady was talking about and I wasn't going to leave a review until he told me she was making comments about him being a big guy ask asking if he ever thought about correcting it with surgery. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTED IN HIS FIRST EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I was a new patient, in a lot of pain! I made an appointment, gave her my number, as well as my name. I scheduled, and showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. The business was locked up, & the therapist never showed up... even after my appointment time!! Very unprofessional. Super disappointed that I wasted time, when I could have made an appointment elsewhere. :-/
