I love how friendly the staff is. I'm always happy to see everyone at the office and Dr. Goodman. Great communication all around and accommodating when I arrive earlier than my scheduled time. I know it's not easy juggling arrival times but you guys really nail it. I love the artwork in the office and that it was decorated for Halloween. It's just a great environment all around.

Dr Goodman is not only excellent with kids needing orthodontics, he was honest about one of my children being able to “wait and watch” while others recommended that he needed work done immediately. He did not pressure us but educated us about options and we were able to make informed decisions. Dr Goodman also provides his cell number and is responsive off-hours, which is highly reassuring as a parent when something goes wrong on weekends/evenings (which has happened several times including recently while we were on vacation).
