Goodman Dermatology - Woodstock

I had an exceptional experience at this dermatology office from start to finish. The entire team was professional and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize the nurse and the physician assistant. The nurse was absolutely outstanding — warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The physician assistant was equally impressive. Professional, thorough, and confident, yet very personable. She explained my diagnosis and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with the plan movin

This was my first appointment at this dermatology practice. I easily scheduled the appointment online and read able to schedule within a week for a problem. I ran in the door a few minutes late for a 7:30 am appointment, but the staff was still friendly and helpful. Before I could even complete paperwork, I was being called back. The nurse and doctor, as well as the medical student, were exceptionally kind and listened to all of my concerns. She checked every spot that had been worrying me and provided assurance that I just needed to return for a full body exam. However, I think my most notable interaction was at checkout because the young woman was so friendly, and we had a great little conversation! I wish had names, but my next visit is in March, so I will definitely review again!

Appt was set up to do a blue light procedure. During the course of a very in depth description of the procedure it was determined that it would be best to postpone the procedure due to a recent eye related skin biopsy. Their concern and willingness to get involved if necessary exceeded what I have experienced with other medical offices. But not really surprising. Goodman Dermatoligy has amazing staff. I have been going to them for years and have a history of skin cancer.

This was one of the best doctor experiences I have ever had. We have moved our whole family to this practice. Specifically, we saw Julia Miller, and she was phenomenal!

Goodman Dermatology is an excellent facility with caring and knowledgeable staff. ( Megan is the absolute best.) I feel that I really lucked out when I found them. I can’t imagine letting anyone else look after my skin. Receptionists are also very helpful and kind.
