Good Samaritan Hospital Pre-Surgical Testing

The staff was very friendly and efficient- They made getting a pre surgical covid test easy- There is plenty of parking in the lot and the building is fairly easy to find .

First, I apologize to the staff. I was having a very trying morning ,which is no excuse for my behavior. That being said the facility is very clean,staff,Maggie(Np),Patti,Lotridge(Manger),Marianne(LAR) They are knowledgeable and professional. They brought calm to my trying morning. I would definitely recommend this facility for pre-surgical.

Wonderful once I went in to the nurses doing the testing. However, as is perplexingly typical for health care offices, the person working the front desk was cold. I repeatedly couldn’t hear what she was saying (I’m 37, not 80) and there was a mic that looked like she could have been talking into, but she consistently kept her face angled away from me. It’s possible that this person could use the mic or was having a bad day, however, a simple verbal explanation of a broken mic or an acknowledgement that I couldn’t hear her would have been appreciated.

I’m not one to leave reviews, nonetheless bad reviews, but the experience with this place today really upset me. If I could give a rating of less than 1 star, I would. My dad went in for a Covid test prior to his procedure and the front desk couldn’t find him on the schedule and when we proceeded to explain that he was told to come to this location, the front desk girl told him to leave that he didn’t have an appointment. The one front desk girl (I wish I could’ve asked for her name) kicked my dad out of the office as if he were an animal, repeatedly screaming “GET OUT!” only because she couldn’t find him in the schedule, we went into another door to see if someone could help and the other staff member was able to find him on the schedule. The staff here is absolutely amazing! Everyone was SO friendly, caring, and professional. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Good Samaritan for making my pre-surgical testing a breeze :)
