First time using Gold Star Pharmacy….NOT impressed!!!!! Payment was a huge hassle, and the young lady helping me had a terrible attitude, lacking any customer service attitude! Annnnd, refused to pass me to a supervisor!! “Mel”claimed that “she is customer service supervisor for the whole company”!!! I cringe thinking about using this route for this one prescription on the regular. ugh!

Only time I EVER rate is if it's absolutely terrible or incredibly great. Only complaint is the extremely long hold times and lack of communication. To get a text at 11 saying it's out for delivery but it actually shows up at 6 is a long window that should and can be easily lowered to maybe like 30 mins

I really like Goldstar but frequently have difficulty contacting by phone. Even at times the numbers simple disconnect or hangup. It's always a run around in circles plus there's no call button or phone number on Google map pages. Definitely frustrating. Sometimes you need to speak directly with staff. Please fix that issue. 🙏 thx. I'll update my rating if this is addressed.

They have always been so great and helpful any issues I’ve had they’ve been very quick to help

There are only two compounding pharmacies in BCS at present. After difficulties with the other one, I switched here. They are very easy to work with, and the quality of the compounded liquid is much higher. The consistency stays stable and doesn't separate, as I experienced with this med at the other place.
