Very Good service. The spa very clean and calm. They have over 10 different kind massage and an Amazing licensed therapy experience.

I have been a repeat customer at Golden Spa for a few years. Obviously, I am very happy with the quality of the massage sessions. I would easily recommend this spa to anyone looking for a great experience.

Extremely poor customer service and experience. Right when we got there, the owner pressured us to get an “upgrade” from the groupon that was purchased from relaxation to deep tissue. We agreed pay the extra money up front. After we paid the extra money, she proceeded to show us the tip procedure and said its based on the original price. The massage was not good (It was her first day) and the owner complained about our tip afterwards. The massage was only 50 mins instead of 60 mins. The overall experience was not pleasant. I normally would not write a bad review but I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody.

Went to Golden Spa for first time and it was great! The prices were fair and the service was incredible. My wife and I did the couples massage and it was unbelievable. I would highly recommend.

The “massage therapist”’s lack of knowledge in anatomy led to my injury. She applied a largely incorrect amount of pressure in the therapeutic cup over the scapula which caused spasm, and pain. I explained to her that I needed her to take it off and she did not seem to understand me, I couldn’t reach it because my back was full of cupping. Currently muscle is swollen up and in spasm. On the way out, the receptionist tried to force me into paying an 18 dollar tip for a 30 dollar service. Stay far away....
