I have never been to such a poorly run medical office in my life. There have been glaring customer service issues before but I just gave them the benefit of the doubt, but today was the last straw. So I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when they texted through their system. When I showed up, I was told the doctors don’t usually work this day/time and that someone messed up when they made my appt. Nobody called me to notify me of this mess up, not to mention I had confirmed through their scheduling system!! As soon as I got home, a text came through to thank me for confirming my appt 🙄. This is the third time I have arrived to this office and went home without my son’s shots and I’ve only been coming here for a year.

I'm a little irritated with Gold River Pediatric. Brought my son in due to chest pains, and they checked him out. Sent us to get blood, urine, and x-rays. We came back 3 weeks later for a follow-up, and the doctor didn't remember us. He said it must have been another doctor. It was definitely him because I couldn't pronounce his last name. The worst part is having an appt time at 3:15 pm just to not be called until 3:55pm. It is ridiculous that this place is that slow. I'm definitely going to be looking for another pediactric doctor for my kids. We didn't even get acknowledged by no one when we first came in. The front desk just sits there. No help whatsoever. I also forgot to mention that they couldn't find my sons record. How unorganized can one place be?

always over booking appointments and they have wait time of at least one hour after your appointment time, if your appointment is at 3 pm you will be seen at 4 pm ( best case scenario)

This place is horrible. Ridiculously long wait times. My son with autism has a hard time waiting quietly and I have told them that over and over yet every time we go there we wait at least 1 hour before we are seen. By this time my son has made a scene and nurses come out to ask my child to calm down or be quiet. The Dr doesn't listen AT ALL. Most horrible Dr I have ever had to deal with. PICK A DIFFERENT DOCTOR.

I have been calling 2-3 times a day and leave messages for a week now! No answer no call back. Also last time I took my little ones there, for extreme symptoms, no tests no antibiotics just poison that did nothing to help them in the least bit. This place needs to close.
