Go With The Flow Therapies

I am so incredibly impressed with my experience and treatment provided by Jenna. Over the past 15+ years I have been to many different physical therapists to seek help with various injuries. The other PTs I have visited in the past usually just gave a few exercises and stretches and sent me on my way. I have been seeing Jenna for over a year and at each appointment she takes time to listen to my concerns prior to getting started. She comes up with a solid plan that combines soft tissue work, dry needling, and exercises. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. Jenna is very passionate about what she does and finding solutions for her patients. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Jenna is an excellent PT. I've been working with her for over a year now and she has helped my body tremendously. She does a great job at listening to me and working on issues I'm aware of, but she also is great at identifying underlying causes. I feel like Jenna actually cares about me as a person and she does a good job at understanding the interconnectedness between mental health/stress and the body. Additionally, she has a great breadth of knowledge so she has been able to serve as a resource for me as I develop my own resistance training, diets, stretches, sport training, etc. I look forward to my appointments even though I'm not the best at performing my HW.

Jenna has been my physical therapist since I started law school last fall. She has been an invaluable resource during a very stressful time. Not only has Jenna helped me achieve physical goals that I never even imagined I could reach (in fact, goals I never even imagined having), she is a holistic physical therapist that nurtures your mental health and always meets you where you are at. I recently visited Jenna for issues I was having with carpal tunnel, as well as persistent neck and forearm pain. I am beyond impressed with the results. Jenna truly cares for her patients and is a joy to be around. She employed dry needling techniques that gave me immediate relief, I am scared of needles and was skeptical, but I am a true believer now, it just works. Her approach is gentle yet effective, and she's incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. I felt reassured throughout my sessions, and the improvement was noticeable from the get-go. It's rare to find such a skilled and caring professional. If you're struggling with similar issues, I can't recommend Jenna enough. She has truly made a significant difference in my quality of life.
