Love Dr Ann and her staff. Everyone is so friendly and the office has a nice atmosphere. Kim is really helpful in explaining procedures how to care for your teeth. It was a great experience.

I have been going to this dentist for about two years and everything was great. Dr. Ann is a good dentist and her assistants are equally as great. The reason I am leaving this one star review is because I was suppose to have an appointment early Febuary. Unfortunately they had to reschedule my appointment due to a heavy snow we were going to receive on the day of my appointment. I was understanding about the reschedule, but they pushed me back over two months. Which I was a little irritated but I accepted the new schedule. My new appointment was suppose to be on March 23rd and I received a call today to reschedule again due to an assistant wasn't going to be there for my appointment and they were not going to be able to schedule me until May 25th. That was unacceptable to me because

Do not go to this office !!! Beware !!They will incorrectly bill your insurances, after billing correctly for 2 years purposely. Now we owe over $220 ,because they no longer take my daughter's primary dental insurance ,but they accept our secondary dental insurance. It's been this way for over a year. This place is all about the money. THEY MADE ZERO EFFORTS TO FIX THIS.

The staff is friendly and welcoming every visit without fail. Dr. Lagonegro’s dental exams are probably the most thorough of any I’ve ever had. Great group!!

I have been attending this office since 2019 She has gone and above the way too take care of dental needs!! Dr. Ann has a heart!! Health before Wealth!!🙏⚘
