PA Shannon is Incredibly kind,smart and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. The Front Desk Suzy is wonderful she is very helpful and professional as well as the medical assistant.

After my experience on the phone a few minutes ago. I decided to read the reviews, then I realized why this place has such low reviews. The front desk is the worst. First of all I called to reschedule and this woman was so rude. She has no manners, she cannot answer a simple question. Then have the audacity to say, can you be polite. I am telling you what you incompetently did. And you fail to acknowledge the mistake that you have made. I was simply telling this woman that someone scheduled me without my consent. And this woman continues to tell me that I am not scheduled. I have proof and I will be showing it to the doctor and whoever the manager is at this office. Hope it was not the manager because that would be the worst. I told her I have proof. She still said no. My dear if you don’t

Called an made a followup appointment. With one the Providers and put the appt. In my calender as I always do. When I show up for my appt weeks later I'm told they do not have an appt for me. (This is the same person I spoke with to make the appt). I am also told as if I'm crazy that this provider doesn't even work on Weds. When I inform him my last 3 appts were on a Weds he confesses that he just stopped working Weds 2 weeks age, after I made my appt. So no apology, no admission it was there mistake by not notifying of the change. Won't be back. Found a new provider.

Very Bad Service, and attitude of the staff, BE AWARE!!!! i had my blood work done today 9/19/2025 this morning, phlebotomist does not know how to drawn the blood by just using butterfly needle unprofessionally pricked me twice , i am in severe pain to both sites where i was pricked alot of pain and hematoma, i am a healthcare provider bymyself , i totally understand medical stuff, PLEASE NEVER GET YOUR LOVED ONE HAVE BLOOD WORK FROM THIS PlACE !!!! NEVER !! IF YOU DONT WANA DEAL WITH PAIN!! instead of admitting mistake phlebotomist putting on me when i say my right arm is ease to get blood work drawn , she said you would have told me Jeez !! please stay Away !!! this place sucks !!! i ll give 0 rating !!

I had a full body check-up with Dr. gautam sharma , and I can honestly say he’s the best PCP I’ve ever met. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely at ease. I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and the care he shows toward his patients. You can tell he genuinely wants the best for you. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who actually cares. Thank you .
