I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Glamour Brows in Plainfield. I have been a loyal client of this establishment for over six years. During that time, I have consistently trusted the quality of service provided. Over the past several appointments, Linn has assigned her assistant, Monica, to perform my lash services, explaining that she was busy. I did not object, as I trusted her professional judgment. However, at my most recent appointment, the lash application was poorly executed. The lashes were significantly shorter than requested and were applied with noticeable clumps of glue, which caused irritation to my eyes. I had this service done shortly before leaving for vacation. She started the training with solid fundamentals and then gradually introduced me to her powder brow technique, a spectacular, soft, and natural approach, as well as eyeliner and lip blush techniques. When it was time to work on the models, Linh was very patient, kind, and thorough. She guided me step by step, making sure I understood every detail.
