We have been patients at this office for several years, and unfortunately the quality of service has noticeably declined. Upon arrival, we were not greeted in a welcoming or professional manner. The front desk staff appeared disengaged, was focused on their phone, and responded minimally to questions. When I thanked them, the response was dismissive. Additionally, my interaction with a member of the administrative staff was very unpleasant. She was unwilling to provide her name and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout our conversation, including sighing, rolling her eyes, and failing to engage respectfully.
