Me and my family have using to Peter Pan Pharmacy for about 20 years, and have been very happy customers the entire time. I've moved out of South Plainfield and still I take a 20 minute to go to Peter Pan because it's worth it. Customer service at most doctors offices has really suffered in the pandemic years, and it's like pulling teeth getting your doctor or their staff to handle prescriptions. Peter Pan on the other hand, has incredible customer service. They stay on top of your doctors and will bend over backwards to make sure you have the medication you need. When I had an infection in my eye, CVS said they couldn't get my medication for days. Peter Pan got it to us that day, and because of them, I did not go blind in that eye. I absolutely love the staff. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to be helpful and takes your needs into consideration. There aren't many small town business like these left. Having a first name basis also makes one feel very welcome. Cute items to paruz and buy while waiting. Very friendly and courteous staff too.
