If i could i would give this lab 0 stars. This lab is horrible working with. If you're a dental office thinking of using this lab please READ!!! Working with this lab has been the worst experience. Not only are material insufficient BUT they charge you for items that you have sent to them along impressions. Watch out for these dishonest people. Something else you need to know is when delivering a case make sure to schedule patient within 2 weeks for some kind of repair. Either a broken clasp, broken base or teeth falling off denture/partial. And to top it off, they never like to take responsibility for it!!! Having this happening with multiple patients is frustrating. Lab not answering your call or calling you back is even more frustrating.

Have been using lab for about 8 years now. Crown and bridge is fantastic. Ruben is always very helpful. Minimal adjustments and shade matching is beautiful. Thank you from Northwest Indiana.
