Incredible experience from the eye exam to the optician helping me find glasses, to the kindness of the front desk staff. Five stars

Went to Dr Feb. 17 glasses oedered, was told 3 week for delivery. After waiting one mont, went by the office and was told there was a problem with the glasses and they needed to send back to the lab, Waited another 3 weeks and didnt hear anything. stopped by the office and they said the glasses were there that they didnt have to send them back?????? The lady gave me the glasses and i immediatley notices a scratch in the center of one lens. The lady asked if i wanted to have them replaced. Now i am waiting again for the glasses. Contemplating telling them to keep them and going somewhere elese. either way, i will not be returning. lost a long time customer!

They gave me the wrong prescription and they said both of my eyes were the same when I know for a fact that vision is worse in one eye and it’s the one that I have an astigmatism in. They are unprofessional and the fact that I paid money for something incorrect is outrageous. They are more concerned about getting customers in and out then actually taking the time to confirm the accuracy of the Inform that WILL affect your life. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW PRESCRIPTION. Next time if you aren’t sure, ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. Do not just put anything down. I have been calling, of course no call back. After I get in touch with ROBIN, I will edit this to see what we can do about this. If not, then I’ll go to the BBB.

My grandson had an appointment with Dr. Ho and he absolutely loved her. After the care she provided for him, we have now switched the entire family over to her and we are so glad we did. I highly recommend!

The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating and emergency visit for an eye injury. They were able to get me in within the hour and were comforting and patient. Dr. Polo was absolutely wonderful. I will be switching to this office for my next annual exam.
