GIANT Pharmacy

The people at Giant Pharmacy are incredibly helpful. They work with me to solve any problems I have. 12/17/2025 Once again Andrew, the pharmacist, and another pharmacist went above and beyond to meet my needs. Andrew made telephone calls on my behalf.

So I transferred to the Springfield store because I saw such good reviews, but I should have paid attention to how long ago the reviews were. The person I spoke to at the pharmacy was so nasty because I couldn’t understand why I needed another “authorization” when it was already done. All I did was change stores. Though I was told to go back to the pharmacy that I came from because I didn’t have a problem there (which was VERY unprofessional), I did call and they didn’t need an authorization until I was done with my refills. Needless to say, I will be changing from the Springfield store asap.

Kara went to bat for me with my insurance company and got me coverage for meds they previously wouldn't cover. Way above and beyond anything she had to do! Very Grateful. I also must mention Mary Lou. Very nice and friendly. Always a pleasure to see her smiling face! The whole staff is great but Mary Lou is outstanding.

Everyone is friendly. Always helpful and caring. Kara and Emily rock. Can’t believe anyone gave this place one star. Probably someone impatient that didn’t call their prescription ahead and had to wait an extra minute🙄
