The pharmacists and techs here are always friendly and fast. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and get your rx’s in a timely fashion. I’ve been going here at least 3 years and will never go back to CVS/Walgreens/Rite aid if I can help it! Brian, Steve, Nate and the rest of the crew rock. Trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed with the service you get here!

All of Giants pharmacists have been wonderful. Example one: remembering me and my wife and asking if I'm picking up a prescription as he was walking through the store and when we were putting something in for a refill he said "don't worry about it, I'll request it"... And he did. Example two: advocating for us. When one of the doctors wasn't filling the prescription timely, they found a solution for us. Generally: they're kind and polite, informative when needed and truly feel like they're looking out for us.

Just wanted to thank them for putting a label on the Rx I just picked up notifying me that the medication looks different (due to change of manufacture) This is SO appreciated. I would have freaked out when I went to give it to my dog thinking it was wrong med. Always fast and friendly service too.

I have to say that the Giant Pharmacy team in Souderton is the absolute best. I am diabetic and supply shortages have made it difficult to have what I need in stock when I need it. These pharmacists understand just how important it is to have insulin and if they don't have it, they find it immediately. I never have to worry with them. They are beyond understanding and always in my corner. Thank you.

Excellent pharmacists and staff. Quick and friendly service. Prescriptions almost always ready right away, but if not, they fill promptly. Highly recommend.
